If you have found a lost item or are looking for something you've misplaced, please contact Centre Management between Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm on (02) 9767 2840. Alternatively, you can contact our security team for assistance or email us outside of these hours.

ECQ: Our bathrooms are conveniently located between ECQ Social and Woolworths. Simply follow the wayfinding signs to guide you there.

ECQ XL: You'll find the bathrooms located between The T-Spoon Cafe and RSEA Safety.

ECQ Social is located outside and is accessible via our car park. For more details, click here.

Yes, the parents room is located near our bathroom facilities. It features feeding cubicles, a parent-and-child toilet, nappy change tables, a microwave, and an enclosed children’s play area. Additionally, the parents room in ECQ XL offers a nappy change table, a microwave, and a comfortable armchair for your convenience.

Yes, our kids play area is located in ECQ Social, offering engaging features such as a climbing apparatus, slide, rocket ship, water feature, and sunshades to keep you cool. For any safety or maintenance concerns, please contact Centre Management.

Yes, there is an ATM conveniently located in ECQ, near Hanmade’s Bakehouse and ECQ Fruit World.

Star Car Wash is conveniently located within ECQ car park near the main carpark entry via Cable Pl.

Our Return and Earn service is located in the carpark next to Star Car Wash and is open 7 days a week, 8:00am to 7:00pm.
