Drive in — no ticket needed
Cameras automatically scan your number plate as you enter. No paper ticket, no boom gate on the way in. Your plate is your pass.
Shop for up to 3 hours free
Your first 3 hours are completely free. After that, standard rates apply. Check your time at any digital pay machine by entering your licence plate number.
Pay if needed — card only
If you've gone over your free period, pay at any digital pay machine before you leave. All machines are cashless — card and contactless payments only.

Parking FAQs

Your licence plate is your ticket, so it’s important to remember it. We recommend taking a photo of it with your phone before entering the centre.
Disability Parking Permit holders can register their vehicle with Centre Management to receive the applicable parking entitlement.

To register, please visit the Centre Management office during operating hours and provide your full name, vehicle registration number and Disability Parking Permit details.

If you need assistance registering, please contact Centre Management on (02) 9767 2840.

Yes, we offer extra-wide parking spaces designed for visitors with young children in prams. These spaces are conveniently located near Hanmade's Bakehouse and Australia Post services for easy access.

The new system is being introduced to help improve traffic flow, reduce misuse of car spaces, and make it easier for customers to find parking during busy times.

By train
Rooty Hill Station is 1.3km away — a 19-minutewalk or 4-minute ride. Trains run on the T1 North Shore & Western Line with direct connections from the City and Emu Plains. Plan your trip via Transport NSW or the TripView app.
By bus
Multiple bus services stop within a 5-minute (400m) walk of the centre, including Route 723 (Mount Druitt to Blacktown via Eastern Creek). Check Transport NSW for live timetables.

Easy access from the M7, M4, and Great Western Highway. Use Rooty Hill Road South to reach both car park entry points.

A dedicated taxi rank is available within ECQ Outlet. To book: Silver Service Taxis 13 31 00 or Premier Cabs 13 10 17. Rideshare drop-off is available at the main entrance.
By bike
Bike racks are available throughout the centre. Connect via the M7 Cycleway or local streets, and via the 2.5m shared path along Church Street and Rooty Hill Road South.
On foot
Safe pedestrian crossings are in place along Church Street and Rooty Hill Road South. The centre is accessible from Rooty Hill Station with a well-lit walking route.
