Kariton Sorbetes proudly serves their Kariton Sorbetes Classics, with a rotating menu of 10 staple flavours alongside 2 new special flavours. These ever-changing combinations make each visit to Kariton a new adventure.
A crowd favourite is the signature Ube Halaya: purple yam gelato with purple yam fudge, blackberry jam, and caramelised coconut curds. Other bestselling flavours include the Buko Pandan, Pastillas De Leche, Mango Float, and the one-of-a-kind Leche Flan gelato.
Sorbet flavours
If you're after something lighter, Kariton’s refreshing sorbets are just as good, if not better. The bestselling Proot Shake– young coconut sorbet with jasmine tea gel and tropical preserved fruit like lychee and rambutan– is a must-try. The Kalamansi Hinebra and Suman Sorbet are among other flavours to try.
Soft serve, treats, and cakes
The Taho Soft Serve is an experience in itself: silken tofu soft serve, soy milk panna cotta, tapioca beads, and boba pearls swimming in dark oolong syrup.
Kariton Sorbetes is more than just a gelato shop. It also offers sweet treats and cakes like the YemaBon– a salted egg biscuit sandwich with miso fudge and malted milk gelato, dipped in caramelised white chocolate. Other great treat options include the Buko Pandamington and Pinoyreo.
When it comes to cakes, their unique gelato and sorbet-based cakes will have you coming back for more. Popular options include the YOU-BAE, a purple yam gelato cake with ube fudge and macapuno threads, and the MANGGA BANGA, featuring mango sorbet, salted vanilla gelato, and Graham cracker crust.
